Better decisions start with a clear view of what is really happening.

Ethnoir helps founders work out what deserves attention and helps entrepreneurship-support organizations connect participant needs with practical decisions about what support to offer, how to deliver it and what to measure.

The same advice does not fit every business.

A founder testing a first offer, an owner whose sales swing from month to month and someone deciding whether to close a business are asking different questions.

Ethnoir starts with what is happening in the business and where its owner wants it to go, not with a single score, stage or formula.

For founders and business owners

Not sure what to work on first?

The Venture Readiness Check-In is a short self-check across customers, sales, operations, money and your own capacity. Explore how it works and what the result can help you consider.

For organizations that support entrepreneurs

Does your support fit the people it is meant to serve?

Bring a question about participant needs, confusing entry routes, support that is hard to use, or evidence that does not answer the questions behind a decision. Ethnoir can help examine the issue and define practical changes. A first conversation establishes the question, fit and possible scope.

What Ethnoir does

Understand the situation.

We examine the available information about a business or the people receiving support, separate evidence from assumptions and identify what needs closer attention.

Shape a practical response.

We translate that understanding into support activities, materials, delivery processes and follow-up. A new program is one possible response; an existing service or workflow may need a simpler change.

Learn what to change.

We define what to examine, review what happened and use the evidence to decide what to keep, change or test.

The focus is the connection between what founders are dealing with and the support they can use. Program design, delivery systems and measurement are ways to work on that connection.

Selected Work

In summer 2026 Ethnoir designed and ran the Venture Readiness Lab, a six-week virtual pilot in which founders each worked on one problem in their own business. We built the session sequence, workbooks and exercises, ran six weekly sessions and two office hours, tracked attendance, reviewed what founders produced and recorded what to change.

Bring us a specific question.

Describe a decision about the support you offer, a difficulty in how people access or use it, or a question your current evidence cannot answer. We can discuss whether a defined piece of work would be useful.
