From Business Problems to Practical Structure

What a six-week founder pilot taught Ethnoir about the gap between spotting a business problem and putting a useful fix in place.

The Venture Readiness Lab was a six-week virtual pilot for six active founders. Ethnoir combined a shared program structure with individual work on each founder’s own business problem.

All six reached the final session, and five had structural deliverables that Ethnoir’s Founder reviewed and confirmed. The pilot is practical evidence about moving from a visible problem to a working fix, and about what must be tested before any broader claim or scale.

Coordinating the People and Processes Behind a Founder-Support Program

Connecting program goals with practical delivery for Bpeace’s Breaking the $1M Barrier program across North Carolina and Georgia.

Bpeace’s Breaking the $1M Barrier program brought together coaching, group learning and regional Showcases for 21 companies. Delivery required coordination across founders, program staff, volunteer specialists and facilitators, with clear expectations, preparation and operating processes.

Implementation work within Bpeace’s delivery team included guidance for coaches and facilitators, peer-learning design and facilitation, founder onboarding, Showcase preparation, stakeholder coordination, and reporting and learning synthesis. The case demonstrates how program design, operating systems and contributor preparation come together to support institutional program delivery.
