The program context

Bpeace’s Breaking the $1M Barrier program brought together coaching, group learning and opportunities for founders to present their businesses and receive feedback.

Delivering that experience involved founders, program staff, volunteer specialists, coaches, facilitators and regional stakeholders. The implementation task was to connect those contributions with the program’s goals and the preparation needed at each stage.

Ethnoir’s contribution

Ethnoir supported the operating infrastructure around the program: preparing contributors, clarifying expectations, coordinating activities and connecting learning with implementation.

The work included five connected areas.

Preparing coaches and facilitators

Created guidance for coaches and facilitators to clarify responsibilities, expectations and delivery requirements. This preparation connected individual contributions with the wider program experience.

Designing and facilitating peer learning

Designed and facilitated peer-learning sessions within the program’s shared learning offer. This contribution combined learning design with direct facilitation.

Shaping onboarding and Showcase preparation

Substantially shaped founder onboarding and regional Showcase preparation, contributing to the activities and guidance surrounding participation and presentation.

Coordinating contributors and stakeholders

Coordinated contributors and stakeholder engagement across the founder experience, working within Bpeace’s delivery team and alongside volunteer specialists and facilitators.

Contributing to reporting and learning

Contributed to internal reporting and learning synthesis, connecting implementation experience with program review.

From program goals to coordinated delivery

The engagement required movement between design and execution. Guidance needed to connect with facilitation; onboarding needed to connect with participation; and Showcase preparation needed to connect founders, contributors and regional activities.

Ethnoir’s contribution focused on these connections—turning program intentions into practical preparation and coordinated work across the people involved.

Bpeace provided the program and institutional direction. Its team and volunteer specialists contributed coordination, expertise and delivery, while participating founders developed and applied the work within their businesses.
